Why are CS2 skin sales delayed by a week?
With recent Steam changes, tradeoffers involving CS2 items can be reverted for up to 7 days. This is a big risk for us, the platform. Because of this, you will receive payment for your CS2 items after 7 days. We are working on implementing a system to allow trusted long-term users to get their funds instantly.
How fast are the transactions processed?
We typically send the transaction within 30 seconds after the tradeoffer is accepted. However, it may take some time until funds land on your account, depending on the cashout method you chose. Crypto transactions usually take up to 20 minutes, depending on network congestions. If you chose Paypal as your cashout method, the transaction should take a few minutes at most. Why is my item overstock/untradable?
The item you are trying to trade may have an unstable price or we have too much of your skin. In any case, after some time the skin should become tradable, just give it some time!
Why is the item I'm trying to sell trade locked?
Steam has a trade lock system, which works like a cooldown. After you trade a CS2 skin it takes 7 days for the trade lock to disappear. Your skin can also become locked if you buy the skin on the Steam marketplace.
How do Cashed trading bots work?

What is an API scam and why should I be careful of it?
An API scam automatically cancels the original trade offer and creates a duplicate from a different account with the same name and profile picture. You should be careful because the skin you're trying to send our bot isn't being sent to us, but is being sent to a different person. Always check if you're trading with the real Cashed account.
How do I keep myself safe from an API scam?
Everytime you sell a skin on our site a board pops up with the bot's information you're trying to send the skin to. Always make sure that the bot is the right level and the right Steam join date as displayed on the board before sending the skin!
